Test Floor Monitor

LINXTFM is a web-based storage and reporting database engine for LINX Test Cell Monitors. Centralizing and storing all local and remote TCM data makes LINXTFM/TCM the ideal solution for monitoring offshore operations for IDMs, Fabless, and subcontractor operations. 

Universal Equipment Monitor

UEM is a real-time, equipment independent monitoring system that can track hardware and software events on any equipment with a GPIB, TTL or RS-232 interface (other interfaces can be customized upon request). UEM provides a standardized equipment monitoring solution across all platforms and locations.

GPIB Monitor

GPA is a standalone, web-based, GPIB protocol analyzer with Gigabytes of storage for long-term capture. GPA can run unattended for long periods of time making it ideally suited for inaccessable locations such as clean rooms and remote facilities as well as for capturing and tracking infrequent and/or random events.

Real-time Wafer Map

The LINX Realtime Wafer Map is an external, standalone, realtime wafer display for wafer processing equipment including all standard wafer probers such as UF200/300, TSK UFxx series, Semics-OpusII series, and Tel-P8 and Tel-P12 models. The RWM display can be accessed from any standard browser making the information available anywhere on the network.
